I’m looking at a house it’s around 1400 sqft probably needs to be torn down and I was thinking of putting a pre-fab home there. The comps in the area are good would any of y’all go this route ? Thoughts ?

Prefab can mean a lot of different things. I assume you are talking about something that is built in a climate controlled environment and assembled on site? So that the finished product would have the same quality and value as a traditional stick built home?

Have you looked into a prefab or stick built duplex or triplex if the zoning will support it? It could be a better ROI on your build depending on your situation.
