I know most people oppose buying houses at an auction but I was wondering if people had any experience or just how people feel in general about this strategy

Came across a property with divided interest the man who has the will says it’s divided amongst 20 people who he can not find advice ?

What main thing would turn you away from a property even if it has a decent profit margin or is there nothing ?

@Carl Murray yes an already built one !!! And I was gonna do a flip on this property. But I’ve never met anyone I know who had used a prefab for investment purposes that I know so I was wondering if it was a good route to take
