Double wide mobile homes

Looking at a double wide mobile home to fix and flip any one have any experience with these type of projects when it comes to lenders ??

    Lenders don't like manufactured (mobile) homes. They tend to have very tight restrictions as to when they will lend. In general, they want the home to be built after 1978, not moved more than two times, and on a permanent foundation. Even then, they may not lend on it. I've seen many people (myself included) get financing for the land and any improvements (e.g. detached garage) but pay cash for the mobile home.

    Talk to a couple lenders with the specifics and they'll be able to tell you.
