Investing in Columbus, OH

Hi All, Curious if any folks are actively investing in Columbus, OH. We've got property in the New Jersey area, and are looking at our first long distance BRRRR in OH("IO"!). Found a decent place in the 50k range wanted to see if anyone might be interested in partnering on the deal, or had any recommendations.

 That deal seems pretty small for a partner. You should try to wholesale it to raise capital for yourself. There are lots of people looking for deals in Columbus, Ohio.
