Been working with NEW WEST HOUSTON PROPERTY...

Greg Jackson
Posted

I am VERY new to the fix and flip world, and trying to find my 1st property to flip. Nobody told me that the road would be easy but...... They should of told me it would be difficult :) Finding a home that makes sense has been a natural challenge.  Any suggestions for a newbie that isn't trying to hit a home run but just get on base.

S/N: Hard Money will be used. 3/2 is preferred

Go easy on yourself. You're brand new and have never experienced a boom market like this. It will not always be this crazy, just be patient......the day will come when a house finds you that is in need of some TLC and is available at a fair price, or maybe even better......

So do not feel as if you have to buy now......some people would even say it's crazy to buy now....
