@Jesus Roman How did you find your wholesalers, I'm having no success with the larger companies that send out email blast with deals that have little to no meat on the bone.

@Andrea Lane No, I have not looked in those areas for various reasons.

@Will Fraser I've been using the MLS and New Western and a few more off-market deal sites.

Yep... Me too, Where are you finding your potential investments?

SF/Houston and surrounding areas.

Or is the market too crazy right now?

Like you I am also trying to get into this business, if you dont mind me asking. Who are you using for leads? Any wholesalers you recommend?

I'm still looking @Gustavo G. Jimenez

@Bruce Woodruff @Jesus Roman Came very close today to locking in my first property but took you guys advise to be patient seeing that the numbers were very tight due to the funding company picking comps in the area that were very low. #closeButNOcigar ... The search continues...

I am VERY new to the fix and flip world, and trying to find my 1st property to flip. Nobody told me that the road would be easy but...... They should of told me it would be difficult :) Finding a home that makes sense has been a natural challenge.  Any suggestions for a newbie that isn't trying to hit a home run but just get on base.
