I am looking for recommendations on a contractor who has experience rehab Almeria and residential units in Merrillville, IN.  Hopefully an individual that is flexible and has a solid crew.

Very late but...here is the info. 

My Contractor is Keith Winston. He does pretty much everything. Only "downside" is that he is meticulous and will take longer to do it right than rush and give you a sub-par job. I'll take it.
