I am looking for recommendations for a General Contractor in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.  I am evaluating some properties to flip and need someone to go through a few properties for estimates and eventually to actually do the work.

Can anybody steer me in the right direction?  I know I could find some myself, but if anybody has had some good experiences with budgets and timeframes let me know...

That's a tough one.  I seldom do large scale remodels, it's usually cosmetic upgrades, cleaning, carpet, paint, appliances, etc.  Let us know if you find a good on please.

Hi PJ... My business is in the home remodel industry and I have dealt with a bunch of contractors / subs... I can tell you in Cedar Rapids, they are a dime a dozen and from my experience the good ones don't have trouble finding work.  I have two good subs I use now, but have enough work to keep them busy full time.  I will ask my guys if they know anyone else who does quality work that can take on another project and send them your way.     

i have a group who does Wells Fargo rehabs in the whole state of iowa so they are good and very dependable
