In Regards To Airbnb

Hello All,

Just wanted to give my two cents. We went 1/2 on getting CUPs (permits to run airbnbs). I'd 100% recommend buying properties that do not need permits. Stay away from HOA's (new legislation coming through is about to really shake things up).
