Rates Are Dropping. Start More Conversations

Mortgage rates are sitting at 6.04% today. We’re inching toward breaking that 6% barrier, and once the first digit becomes a five, people start making moves they’ve been holding off on. That shift usually brings a quiet boost to both the winter and spring markets.

Inventory is at 3,503 today. Still tight. Still competitive. But the conversations are getting louder than the season normally allows.

And with delistings sitting near some of the highest levels we’ve seen, there’s a whole segment of sellers who aren’t getting traction and are quietly hoping someone gives them an alternative. They want a solution, the are begging for it. Isn't that the kind of seller you want?

If you can be the person who brings it, you win more than you think.

Shoot your shot!
