30 year loan for rental. Is it possible?

Any fellow Louisville investors know of a lender who will do a 30 year amortization when I use an LLC? Best I have been able to find so far is a 5 year fixed 20 year amortization with 15% down. (Forcht Bank). Thanks James Beam
