Corona Virus and Louisville

Hello Friends,

I'm on the board at KREIA and we decided to cancel our events in March in respect to our members and stemming the spread. I've also decided to cancel our ChooseFI Louisville event. That being said, now is a great time to buy and refi! Interest rates are extremely low and less people are getting out to see properties. At this moment I've put three under for my clients this week and expect to add four more today. Take advantage of uncertainty in the market! This is not 2008! Louisville has an inventory shortage and is like a turtle, slow to rise and fall. Thankfully most of our business is predicated on cashflow. CUB bank released something interesting about deferring mortgage payments for three months. I think with the lack of sports and entertainment, the BP message boards should get fairly active. Hope to see you on here and I'd love to talk real estate, maybe we can all jump on a zoomcall?
