Opinion: Detroit 48206

Hi BP'ers,

For those who reside in Detroit, what is your opinion on this particular area - 48206/Rosa Parks neighborhood. Would you consider this an OK area or is this still in need of major transformation before one should consider for purchasing for rental income?

HI Jack  I do a lot of work in Detroit  and do not go by zip code alone its a block  by block process feet  on the ground are essential there  it s a   great place to invest but du diligence  and care are needed ..... contact me would be more the willing to share my feet
