I  am in search of Multifamily properties in and around Detroit.  50% Occupied.  In C or better areas. Anything up to $2Mill. Not opposed to renovations but not looking for full rehab.     Mid-Town, New Center  or surrounding areas preferred,  I know these areas can be pricey. Please PM with any possibilities.
