any body can recommend a cheap insurance company?
Have problems with tenants and property manager. Evicted 4 tenants and looks like endless repairing....
Used the NREIG before, but nothing can be covered. (Court fee, damaged properties from evicted tenants, lawyer fee...)
Since the value of the properties are so low, can I just purchase the renter insurance for liability?
