Hello all my metro Detroit bp members! I'm new to real estate investing and bigger pockets in general have been reading and learning as much as possible. Have seen a lot of properties in this area available on auction.com was wondering if anyone has purchased anything through it and how their experience was. Thanks

Not specific to Detroit but in general auction.com and other auction sites charge a buyer premium on top of the price you see, usually 5% or so.  Just something to be aware of and factor into your calculations.
