Detroit flipping market

Hi Detroit investors,

I am trying to assess Detroit market for flipping. Want to know whether flipping opportunities are there or not ? Better still if someone can share their recent flip story.

You need to find the right neighborhoods.  There are pockets of Detroit that are receiving funding to develop connection throughways into downtown.  Taxes are still high from the Kwame days and individual income has not risen.  There are 18-26 year olds still moving in but mainly renting before leaving to start a family.  Are you from the area?  Why Detroit?
