48224 anyone knowledgeable about this area?
I just purchased a single family property..currently it’s occupied and I will have to legally evict the owner that foreclosed on the property. I purchased in the 48224 zip code property is just off 94 highway exit.. I purchased for $13k. The property is rentable once I get the previous owner out.

@DeJarian Dickson Graham hey bro, thanks for taking the time to respond! Yes, it's crazy in Wayne County right now. Courts were supposed to open back up again on March 16th but they canceled it because our covid number spiked. Stay safe!
