Property Under Contract
Hello fellow investors! I hope all is well. Just a question that I have for you all. I have a property locked up under contract in Commerce Township, MI for a pretty good deal (ARV $315k, estimated repairs 80k and under contract for $130k). I am looking for the best way to market this property so that I can help this seller and close the deal! I posted on Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace and CleverInvestor, but are there any other marketing channels that I can market on that would yield a good response? Any suggestions or advice would be GREATLY appreciated!
