Wholesaling notes

Hey BPers,

I've been chatting with an investor friend of mine who is learning the process of wholesaling notes. I love this concept because I understand wholesaling and note investing is a path I know I want to take. Who has recommendations as to who/what to study? I'd love to hear how this method works out for others successfully doing this.

The simple place to begin is with a license! Buying notes with YOUR money is fine, when you start churning notes and buying and selling, you are in a brokerage activity. Forget "wholesaling notes" it's guru stuff! Become a broker or be employed by one, not a birddog either, then go at it!
