Needing Loan Servicer Recs in Michigan

I am selling a duplex as a wraparound in Michigan and just realized that the servicer I typically use isn't licensed there. Anyone have suggestions of who to use or stay away from? I was looking at BIFI as a possibility. We are hoping to close within a week and have all of our other paperwork ready.
