Graba Equity Experience?

I actually found this one on paperstac. I've definitely considered a note fund. I'd say the majority I've found are for accredited investors, though I know there are a few that are open to everyone. If you know of any others, I'd be all ears!

Also-  Have you considered investing in a note fund. You typically get the monthly payments but also backed by portfolio and not one note.

Definitely doing all that. Just thought I'd check here too to see if anyone had any direct experience with them.

I'm not not interested in regular old notes :) But, I do like partials (I've done a few others). If there are any issues with the borrowers, I don't have to deal with it. Plus, if there is a default, I'll either be bought out or moved onto a different note with the same yield.

But, again, I'm also interested in regular old (smaller) notes. So, if you ever have any of those that you're tired of, feel free to drop me a line :)

NAme did not ring a bell so googled them, appears they also do bitcoin and other alt ivnstments.

If you invest in a partial I would make sure:

1. You see the pay history

2. You verify the lender actually owns the loan and does not have any leverage elsewhere on it.

3. Do your own due diligence.

4. Have an attorney review all of these documents

BTW: What got you to wanting to buy a partial vs. just a regular old note?
