Hello friends!

I've found a 5 unit for sale. They bought it at a tax auction last year,  gutted it, and ran out of money. They just want out. The problem is that they some how now owe 10k in taxes because the did not get a reassessment after they bought it.

Could I get it reassessed and make the 10k they owe go away?

I'd like to buy it. The point is I'd like to get out of paying the extra 10k they need to pay taxes on a building worth 25k.. maybe.

Look foward to your responses!  Thanks!
