Just closed my very first deal!

Well, after years of struggle and uncertainty, I have finally closed my first note deal! Actually, I had always had access to high-quality buyers. All I needed were good seller prospects to match them with. Finally found some and made it happen! Closed my first deal on 6/30/2015, and got paid on 7/1/2015! 

At long last, I have proof that I'm a guy who can turn someone's note into cash!
