I have a $100k property with a $50k face value note.  Need to sell it... What now???  Completely out of my wheelhouse!

 Hi Brad, there are some websites that you can post to like http://www.fciexchange.com/ and http://www.loanmls.com/

Both are specifically made for letting note owners post their notes for sale.
