Hi Katy,

I don't mean to sound smug, but when you buy a note, you get trained quite quickly, since many of us "learn by doing". I initially was going to enroll with one of the better known mentoring companies but decided just to take my $15,000 and buy a note and let experience be my teacher. I spent a lot of time online reading articles, attended some note conferences and asked a lot of how-and-why questions here on BP. There are some companies that will provide you a second position note and training like PPR and Keyhole Academy which are both very experienced and good programs.
