If anyone is attending Note Expo in Dallas next month, reply here and all of BP'rs can get together for a drink. I'm planning to go and about 6 folks from my Seattle Meetup group will be attending.

Not as much for basic education, the topics last year were for more intermediate/advanced note investors. You should check out Paper Source at http://papersourceonline.com/the-complete-package/ for some basic training, although you should also start networking since the relationships really keep this business well oiled.
