Selling Partials

New to buying and selling notes. Is there a general rule of thumb on selling partials for performing and NPN and Sub-performing notes. Which partial strategy works best for the above note class. Looking at just selling a partial and then found the 50/50 and 25/25.

Thanks

Hi Scott, may not be a good idea to try to sell partials on anything but a performing note with at least 6 months of seasoning. Depending upon your buyer's "taste for return" you will have to price the partial at an annualized ROI that is attractive to the buyer.
