Hello All, Does anyone have a lien waiver document that ensures contractors and subcontractor can not place a lien on your home no matter what the circumstance is? Thanks, Tori

Tori,

You should have an independent Contractor form they sign when they start work.

Then you just need them to sign a simple form when they are done and in exchange for final payment that states they have been paid in full for all work on property x on  date y.

I should have these on my computer that I could send you to use as aneeded example to have your attorney bless.
