Dealing with Kondaur Capital?

Looking for any feedback/experience on dealing with Kondaur for buying NPL assets. Recently they sent me a tape where I made reasonable offers, got an accepted indicative bid. They sent me just the DOT, note and lender's policy. I've requested more documentation for our DD review and no response from my rep at Kondaur.

Since Christiaan left, I've had nothing but shady dealings with everyone. I've been through 4 due diligence with 4 different reps only to find out that they were outright lying to me. I won't do business with them anymore.
