Forclosure advice on Mia borrower

I carry a note that is now 3 months delinquent and I have to start forclosure. The borrower/ owner is MIA this is not the first time this has happened but he usually contacts me and gets his payment up to date. This time I fear he has vacated to property and has disappeared. I wanted to do a deed in lieu but if I can't find him I can't negotiate. Any advice would be appreciated. How long does non judicial forclosure in Texas take?
