Online Tax Lien Investing.

I have herd that some States (Or perhaps just Counties) sell Tax Liens over the net. Dose anyone know where I can find a few of these? Ideally I want counties which are setup for easy research. Rules/Statutes also on-line.

I.e. Where you can get at least the address from the lien on-line, even if I must use other methods to discover What else is on the title.

For now I want to buy Liens on Occupied properties with performing mortgages. Those usually get paid off with no hassle.
