Note Investing Inquiry

Hi Investors,

I would like to inquire into the following: Investing in Notes: How safe is this practice and do you have any suggestions? I ask merely been that so many many investment criteria that I researched have the SEC disclaimer for accredited investors making over $250K. So where does that leave the middle class investors that is willing to tap into that market?

Find an investor to joint venture with. There are benefits and risks with each

With a JV partner you know exactly which property your note deal is on and can get direct information from the sponsor. Risks are depending on your funds it may only be one asset.

With a fund your risk is spread out over many assets - but you don’t know which assets are involved.

Whichever you choose it comes down to getting to know who it is your working with and trusting them.

Be happy to discuss the pros and cons and note investing more In depth offline
