Need Help with Note-Servicing Mortgage
Our company is the lender for a property and I handle the accounting of the note. I am one of those people who needs to get things right and understand it from top to bottom. Although I have been in accounting for 25 years, amortizing notes and mortgage payments/statements is newer to me. I know there are paid mortgage note servicers- but is anyone using an app or program that serves this purpose you really like-without an ongoing cost? Thanks for the help!
