Lists and Realtors.

Dave Radford
Posted

Hello,

I am a Wholesaler in Florida and I have a large list of tax delinquent properties. I am currently wholesaling the ones that are attractive to my investors but I also have vacant land and Real Estate that does not need as much work and would be better suited to an actual realtor.

The realtor that I work with the closest and I have tax and legal concerns over splitting commission.

Is anyone else doing this? Finding a list and effectively being paid a fee/ commission from the realtor at sale? Are there any implications with the Real Estate Board or taxes that anyone is aware of?

Thanks in advanced Bigger Pockets family!

@John Underwood

Have you thought this through? Reason I ask is if these are tax delinquent and you get them under contract, the buyer is going to run a title search and see you do not own it and the property has delinquent taxes and is going to sale. As also mentioned you cannot sell something you do not own.

You would have to buy them first at auction then attempt to wholesale them.
