Arizona Tax Lien advice

Hello,

I want to but tax liens in Arizona and eventually get the property deed after the required time has passed. Does anyone have any experience doing this in Arizona?

I'm looking to buy liens for vacant land rather than homes.

I would love to connect with more people in Arizona that have experience in this.

@Aaron Perez - I do tax liens on vacant land in northern AZ. I do it mainly for the interest rate - not the property. Take a look at some of my blog articles on how I work at the link to the BP blog below.
