Curious what people are using for E-recording documents? I use simplifile and find it very easy to use. curious what others are using? Also are all systems the same in regards to counties they support?

Lastly, I am curious if counties will get on the bandwagon and start pushing erecording based on current situation

I have hears lake county Indiana as an example doesn’t allow it because of a political issue where someone gets financial benefit for not allowing it. Not sure full story but that’s what I have heard.

I use CSC and they're absolutely fantastic. Their customer service is top notch. I can always call them if I need help.

Their editing tools are great and they provide current info and what each county requires. Game changer for me.

If the quality ever suffers, I'll check out simplifile.
