What’s the average Roi on partials notes???whats the maximum Roi should I strive 4 ... Practicing deals going over numbers any advice will b helpful thanks in advance

Are you looking to buy a note and sell as a partial and want to know what you should buy it at or you looking to invest passively and buy a partial

I sell at 9% and am buying at 12% or greater. There are different ways to do them (which I did a video on).

If someone has invested with me prior I try to give them an extra point as well.
