Hi guys,

i understand clearing a tax deed title may be tricky,

wondering what happens if a property owner or an heir disputes the quiet title process? Does the county refunds the investor? Does he lose the Investment?

thanks

Replied

The county would refund the investors investment with no interest if the tax deed was overturned.

I have a case like this that I lost but it is being appealed.
