LLC creation/tracking - advice please

Hi All,

What's the best way in cost and tracking of creating and tracking my LLC's?

Right now I pay way too much for LLC creation and other legal services like registering my LLC as a foreign corp in another state, etc.

Any advice is appreciated.

we use quickbooks and we only egister in the states we are doing business in. How many LLC's do you have? Why do you need more than 1 ? Those are questions you should be running by your atty. We use an LLC until it gets to have X amount of assets in it, then we open another one. We do not do one asset per LLC as that is ludicrous in my mind unless each asset in the LLC is valued over $1M.
