Using A Virtual Data Room For Due Diligence files

I was curious if any note investors out there us a virtual data room vs. a file sharing program (box, dropbox) to securely share files? I have been looking into them and spoken to several companies but was curious if anyone on here has first hand experience with any like Smartroom, caplinked etc.
