Hello all,

This is my first post at BP. I am overwhelmed with the amount of amazing support and information that can be found here.

Note investing is fascinating and I have been reading every book that I can find about the subject.

I need more help to move forward.

Thanks and have a great day.

@Dennis Helper

As someone who has done JV's and spoken with a lot of others who have, if you are looking to learn a JV deal is not the best way to go.

I say that because the sponsor rarely takes time to teach. For example let’s say your note is in Indiana and your partner gets a call from his attorney on another note in that state- more than likely it gets discussed there. You can get the info later on but this is a learn by doing and wanting to hear those calls and possible options etc would be more beneficial

Just my 2 cents. I did try when I did JV's to include the partner but it was too much and coordinating times for calls etc with attorneys or servicers was too tough
