This property went from a neighborhood scourge with disruptive tenants to a really cute and cozy home. The neighbors were very happy and so was the new owner! And our investors made over $9000 in less than 6 month!Neglect by a landlord and abuse by tenants are a terrible mix for a property. This property had major water issues in the lower level bedroom. Yup, you read that right! Water Issues in the bedroom! To make sure it was taken care of, we installed drain tile, a sump pump, regraded the foundation, and put in an egress window which resulted in a much brighter, much drier, and much more legal bedroom.
But wait! There's more - we installed all new kitchen cabinetry, new appliances, and enlarged the opening between the kitchen and living room to make it more open, modern , and bright. The new kitchen flooring matched the new finish on the original hardwood .
