Hello!! I’m an inventor in northwest Arkansas and I am looking at purchasing a house in KC near the Rockhill manor neighborhood.  It’s east of Leawood on the Missouri side between Troost ave and Prospect ave. Can anyone provide any good insights on this area?  Values rising? Crime? Rents? Really anything helps!
