Heading Back to Kansas City!
Hey everyone,
The Air Force has decided to move me back to my hometown! I’m PCSing to whiteman by the end of the year.
I’m looking to owner occupy a fourplex in Lee’s summit or blue springs.
Just out there looking to network and meet some potential partners for larger multi family deals!
I’ll also need a lender, CPA and also a lawyer. Thanks everyone!

@Account Closed Welcome back! And thank you for your service. Warrensburg is a booming housing market right now, I spent last week their evaluating deals. With 7500 new troops coming into Whiteman, the city council turning over and the new Dollar Tree distribution center it seems to be doing well there. I went to school at UCM and it has changed a ton! Many are saying it is similar to Manhattan KS before it grew up. I'd be happy to point you in the right direction about Blue Springs/Lees Summit and provide you with referrals. Looking forward to it!
