I am looking for a referral to the best titling company in Saint Louis.How should I measure a Title Company? And what should be the criteria for judging the best Title Company?

I have had problems in the past with fees and not being able to provide proof of charges.I would love for an investor / frequent user to recommend their favorite title company here in the Saint Louis area.

My goal is to receive a quick over view of the local process and a recommendation to the most economical price in the area.

Title experts and Investors title are the 2 I would recommend. We do about 20 transactions a month and they both do good work for investors
