New St. Louis Investor looking to Network
I am brand new and wanting to start building a network and a portfolio I live in St. Louis and am interested mainly in buy and hold single family up to four plexes. I am also interested in maybe getting into some wholesale deals to build up some cash for purchases. Would love to network and meetup with local REI and other people involved in the process.

Welcome, Luke. I'm also an investor in the area... I have two rental properties and just launched a direct mail campaign to hopefully find more buy & hold as well as flip opportunities. I've also organized a monthly meet up in the area. I'll be posting the next one in the events section soon... it's at 5pm on the last Thursday of the month at Heavy Riff Brewing in Dogtown.
