Hey BP! Looking to check out some rental investments in the St. Louis area. What are some good B-Class areas to look at? Any certain zip codes? I have two rentals so far, one in Alabama and one in Tennessee. Also is someone knows a good property management group, i'd love to hear about it. Thanks!
