Anybody know any cheap St. Louis County licensed plumbers?

I'm looking for a cheap St. Louis County licensed plumber to remove a T-trap and install a P-trap under two bathroom sinks. The property is in Maplewood.

Cheap and licensed plumber are almost mutually exclusive.  I have heard good things about Maplewood Plumbing though.

P trap replacement may be able to be a handyman task, butI am unfamiliar with maplewood’s permit requirements.
