Looking to connect with and learn from other real estate investors in the area. I’m new to St. Louis and new to real estate investing and want to build relationships with fellow investors. Closed on a duplex a couple months ago that I’m currently house hacking and I’m excited to start on this journey!

Welcome to STL, and congrats on your purchase! We live in Manchester and deciding between short term rentals and long term rentals, ideally STRs that could also work as LTRs. :-) I haven't attended any REI meetups, so will have to let others comment on that.
